Rhinoceros Hornbill
Rhinoceros Hornbill
An award-winning entry in the 1996 Leigh Yawkey Woodson "Birds in Art" Competition Bradley J. Parrish’s pastel titled "Rhinoceros Hornbill" is a wonderful example of his expert skills in using pastels. As well as the noted love and understanding of wildlife and the animals he has painted for over five decades. This particular work has been owned only by the artist and has been a part of his collection of works that has hung in the artist's own home since its completion.
The pastel on paper is framed and protected in an elegant wood charcoal frame with an inside antique gold border. It has an inside acid free matt and a wood fillet up to the image to provide space between the original pastel piece and the glass covering the entire framed piece. It comes to you ready to hang as all hardware has been provided and installed.
